All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use trusted carriers such as Chit Chats, Canada Post, and other collective carrier services to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.

Delays & Issues
Qamiashop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
